Competitive Health (CHI) is making an exciting brand transition to Recuro! The Competitive Health brand will be retired in December 2024, and all current users will be required to download and sign into the Recuro Care app to continue receiving services.

  • Your login, profile, and medical records will remain the same
  • The Recuro Care app is the same app you know and love, just with a new ‘look and feel’
  • It’s quick and easy to begin using the new app

Q: Will there be any changes to current products offered?
A: No. The acquisition of Competitive Health will only expand our collective service offerings. Recuro Health offers an exceptional portfolio of next-generation virtual care services, including Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care and Behavioral Health.
Q: Will we have the ability to customize program packages for our clients?
A: Yes. Recuro Health offers the ability to customize its solution platform. This SaaS-enabled platform is architected with customization in mind – offering unique package configurations and additional service offerings all built into one app.
Q: How will this affect my current clients?
A: Current clients will encounter the same great experience they have come to expect of Competitive Health, including our professional level of service, expertise and on-going member support. To keep everyone current, the company name and email addresses will be updated. Look for a formal announcement with details on the Competitive Health name change and important contacts.
Q: Will there be any changes to our current commissions?
A: No. All current commissions will continue without any disruption.
Q: Will there be any changes to how clients manage eligibility changes?
A: No. There will not be immediate changes to administration processes as we continue to provide enhancements to all services.
Q: Will there be changes to our current sales representatives or account managers?
A: No. There are no staffing changes to your current sales reps or account managers. In fact, we are adding additional team members to ensure ongoing exceptional service and client success.

Follow the steps outlined below to learn how to get started.

Step 1

On your mobile device, go to the app store (iOS or Android) and search for “Recuro Care”. Please reference the screenshot below.

Step 2

Download the app. When ready, open the app and enter the email address associated with your existing WellVia account.

Step 3

Click “Go to Login,” and then enter your password to sign in. You can always click to reset your password if you can’t remember.

Step 4

Confirm your existing account information. That’s it, you’re all set to start using the new Recuro Care app and your services!
