”At 4:30AM, I requested a visit. I assumed I would get a call during regular business hours, but a doctor called within moments. I was probably on the phone with them for less than 2 minutes – we discussed my symptoms and they said they would order a prescription for me. Probably 5 minutes after that call, I received a text that my prescription order had been sent to my preferred pharmacy. It was all done so fast! I didn’t have to leave my bed, get dressed, or see anyone. That’s what I call convenient.”PatientTampa, FL
“The service was extremely easy and convenient to use. To help the provider, I took pictures and provided the important health history. Within minutes, I received a callback, confirmation of diagnosis, and prescription. Without this service, I would have needed to delay treatment for several days until I had a day off from work. The wait was short, they listened to me and there was an immediate resolution. I will continue to use them.”PatientMontgomery, AL
“I am very grateful to Recuro Health. I have lymphatic metastatic cancer. Your service gave me a sense of freedom that I had lost. I have admiration and respect for the Recuro specialist because of his unique listening abilities and especially the questions he formulated to my treating oncologists... I truly felt I was in good hands. Good doctors are so hard to find nowadays - it made all the difference for my experience.”PatientBirmingham, AL
"I’m a first-time user of Recuro Health and am VERY impressed. I signed up in less than 5 minutes, then scheduled a visit. I was diagnosed and had a prescription sent within minutes! I had the visit in the privacy of my office. No downtime or PTO used. Best of all, the health advocate team was able to help me navigate my benefits and add my two daughters to my health plan. I've never received this type of end-to-end customer experience. Thank you for treating me like a human being!"PatientIndianapolis, IN
