Demo of Digital Solutions to Monitor Employee Health for a Safe and Compliant Workplace

The on-demand recording is now available to view and share.

More than 350 employers, human resource and benefit industry professionals registered to receive critical guidance on OSHA mandates and compliance requirements related to COVID-19.

Sponsored and hosted by Recuro Health in partnership with BenefitsPro, the one-hour Webcast, which streamed live on Tuesday, December 14th, featured three Recuro speakers: John Halsey, chief growth officer; Allison Martin, executive director; and Michael Brombach, chief product officer. They discussed the COVID-19 landscape, the employer pandemic-related challenges, and Recuro’s powerful testing solution, including an employer portal to securely track and monitor testing and reporting. There was also a live demo of Recuro’s acclaimed solution, and the Webcast concluded with a Q & A session.

The timeliness of Recuro’s Webcast comes as the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will soon issue an emergency temporary standard to require employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested for infection on least a weekly basis. Under this standard, covered employers must develop, implement and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, unless they adopt a policy requiring employees to choose to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work.

With federal mandates in flux and rising COVID-19 cases, employers are facing countless pandemic-related challenges, including employee morale, employee productivity, adapting to remote work and much more. As a result, employers need an end-to-end solution that enables simple and quick testing and monitoring of COVID-19 in employee populations.

Recuro’s curated and integrated suite of digital solutions address real market challenges and impact care delivery at the intersection of quality, access and cost, and deliver value throughout the healthcare ecosystem. Wherever the patient and data are located, Recuro’s solutions support the migration from convenient care to meaningful patient engagement across broader care pathways, creating a personalized, holistic digital medical home that results in better outcomes and lower costs.

From virtual primary care and behavioral telehealth to at-home testing and genetic screening, Recuro’s portfolio of solutions can be tailored to meet the needs of any employee population.

Recuro’s COVID-19 testing solution is one of a dozen chosen from a field of hundreds of companies to collaborate directly with the  US Department of Health and Human Services, the National Institute of Health and the FDA during the pandemic.
