Managing OSHA Mandates for COVID-19 Tracking & Testing

Supporting Compliance in the Workplace

To support employers with insight, guidance and proposed solutions, Recuro Health, in partnership with BenefitsPro, is excited to host a complimentary webinar on preparing for COVID-19 mandates. This webinar is also ideal for brokers, TPAs, benefits consultants, and the self-funded industry.

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will soon issue an emergency temporary standard to require employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or tested for infection on least a weekly basis. Under this standard, covered employers must develop, implement and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, unless they adopt a policy requiring employees to choose to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work.

With federal mandates in flux and rising COVID-19 cases, employers are facing countless pandemic-related challenges, including employee morale, employee productivity, adapting to remote work and much more. As a result, employers need an end-to-end solution that enables simple and quick testing and monitoring of COVID-19 in employee populations.

Attendees will learn how to navigate changing compliance requirements related to COVID-19 and what essential tools are available for employers to monitor the health of their employees and help ensure a safe and healthy workplace. Through this webinar attendees will learn how to:

  • Be in legal and regulatory compliance with the OSHA regulations
  • Implement end-to-end proctored solutions for COVID-19 testing and vaccination tracking
  • Leverage commercially available solutions to comply and stay on-budget and on-time

The one-hour webinar will feature three Recuro speakers: John Halsey, chief growth officer; Allison Martin, executive director; and Michael Brombach, chief product officer. They will discuss the COVID-19 landscape, the employer pandemic-related challenges and Recuro’s powerful testing solution, including an employer portal to securely track and monitor testing and reporting. There also will be a live demo of acclaimed Recuro’s solution as well as a Q & A session.
